The Total Token Supply (“TTS”) of the NK5 token is 2’100,000,000 NK5, never to be increased. As of January 10th, 2026,157,500,000 NK5 (initial circulating supply) representing 7.5% of the TTS is available on the open market. All other NK5 will unlock* on an incremental basis over a period of 21 years ensuring gradual dispersion into the market (no oversupply shocks).

The board of the UNC-DAO will be the governing body who will have the overall responsibility for the UNC-DAO, as well as compliance with its purpose — all in accordance with the mechanism for governance and distribution of assets.
