Universal Voting
Enabling anonymous democratic participation in global decisions across borders remains an unresolved challenge. We are creating a secure and verifiable digital voting system with universal registration, empowering citizens, members of the United Citizens Decentralized Autonomous Organization (“United Citizens DAO”) with the right to vote on important decisions and policies that impact global governance.
Ecosystem
By integrating our systems with the United Citizens DAO, the World Sports Alliance (WSA) and the International Innovation Agency (IIA), we establish a trusted foundation that can grow into additional international organizations, and ultimately a global voting system.
Where it starts
We’re beggining with the Selection of the Host Country of WSA and the Election of the Managing Director of the IIA because there has never been a true global election where citizens directly voted on global governance with binding authority. A system where citizens worldwide directly vote on global policies would be unprecedented—and would represent a fundamental shift toward true global direct democracy.
On-Chain Philanthropy
We’re building the NK5 Chain to empower individuals and organizations to build on-chain philanthropic initatives in support of youth and innovation. Through the NK5 Chain, the programs of the World Sports Alliance (WSA) and the International Innovation Agency (IIA) can be built, funded and governed by citizens members of the United Citizens DAO, where smart contracts transparently govern, allocate and execute resources toward high-impact initiatives.
Our Path
We’re moving towards deploying the NK5 Chain by Q4-2026. This gives us time to complete our first global votes so that at launch, the United Citizens DAO will be a global authority and the NK5 Chain will be the first citizen-centric chain fully integrated with international organizations. An ecosystem built, owned and governed by citizens. From there, if it is programmatically executable, then citizens will be able to implement it.

In the coming months the United Citizens Decentralized Autonomous Organization (UNC-DAO) will be incorporated in Zug, Switzerland as a Verein (or in the territory of one of the Original Members of the IIA, as may be requested by the Host Country of the IIA ). The board of the UNC-DAO will be the governing body who will have the overall responsibility for the UNC-DAO, as well as compliance with its purpose — all in accordance with the mechanism for governance and distribution of assets. Until the jurisdiction of the UNC-DAO confirmed, the Group of Wallets allocated to the UNC-DAO will be held in Trust by Nektar.
