About the World Sports Alliance IGO

WSA is an Intergovernmental Organization (IGO) owned by 35 countries (Member-States). It represents over 750 million citizens and it holds via the IIA  241'500'000 NK5 (11.5% of the total token supply). These tokens are allocated to build education hubs and learning platforms on the NK5 Chain as well as sport Academies and community facilities that empower youth, athletes, and fans — starting with its flagship initiative: the International Academy

About the International Innovation Agency (IIA)

The IIA is an International Organization and Specialized Agency of WSA. Its membership is exclusively reserved to Member-States of WSA. The IIA is transitioning toward becoming an International Financial Institution (IFI) , powered by the NK5 and governed by members of the United Citizens DAO. For context, the best known IFIs are the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Governance & Structure

The current Managing Director is Malick Maachi. In the not so long future, it will be governed by a Managing Director elected by members of the United Citizens DAO. The IIA oversees the Innovation Fund which holds 483,000,000 NK5 (23% of the TTS) which are allocated to building education, sport and financial infrastructure projects in the territory of members of WSA and the IIA. From this fund 241'500'000 NK5 (11.5%) are reserved to support the purpose of the IIA.

The United Citizens DAO (UNC-DAO)

The UNC-DAO is a Swiss Verein and yet to be formed Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) designed to become the governance body of the IIA. It is open to any citizen aged 15+.

In the current model, citizens may be called upon by WSA, the IIA or Nektar to (i) Elect leaders (ii) Vote on key policies (iii) Allocate resources. In the near future, any citizen member of the UNC-DAO will be able to (i) Organize campaigns and build projects on the NK5 Chain; (ii) Propose initiatives and (iii) Trigger votes on any relevant matter.

This is direct democracy at its finest — executed through smart contracts.

And why would all this matter ? WSA, IIA and NK5 programs are built transparently. Funds are allocated algorithmically. Resources are executed via smart contracts and citizens directly govern outcomes.

This is not theory, its programmable governance and impact at scale.
